we flash back to what led to the animosity in the first place

the road runner's break neck speed caused wile e's wife to get killed in a car accident.
bugs bunny carried a joke a bit too far and elmer lost all his hair, and his reputation with it.
tweety was once friends with sylvester, but was also responsible for the deaths of sylvester's kids.
tom saw into the future and realised that jerry would be the cause of the great plague that would lead to the demise of entire nations.

all this, it turns out, was orchestated by the ultimate mastermind,
porky pig.

porky wants the rest out of the picture so that he can finally be the main star.
society feels the effects of a world without bugs and company. but it is already too late.
